The economic downturn in 2009 forced our company to seek some other storage capacity to
house inventory that we could not cancel from our producing mills. In a very short period of time,
we put together an arrangement with City Welding and Fabrication. We diverted shipments from
our mills directly to CWF, where they performed our recieving function and reported to us. In all,
they recieved just shy of 500 full truckloads of steel tubing, or about 16 million pounds, and $16
million. They organized the material very well and with the material in their possession, as we
developed requirements for the material, they were very accurate and very responsive in getting
the material shipped, whether back to our facility or in some cases as material needed to be
cut-to-length for a customer order, they also performed that work for us in a timely and accurate
manner. As we performed a physical inventory at their location to satisfy our internal reporting
needs, we found very little variance in the numbers, supporting the high degree of accuracy we felt
they were performing to. Finally, in addition to the performance, the cooperation and commitment
they exuded were extremly helpful in the difficult enviroment we were in during 2009. We would
highly recommend to perform inventory and cutting of steel tubing or bar products.
